Tip 1: Proper Leaf Plucking Technique – * Firstly, do not pluck curry leaves from small plants. Otherwise, overall growth will be affected by this. Let it grow sometime then you can take a few leaves from the plant. * You should pluck the bottom-most leaves of the curry plant and pluck one whole stem instead of plucking a few leaves only. Tip 3: Organic Compost Feeding- Feed your Curry plant organic compost frequently. But don’t feed it chemical fertilizers or speed boosters. Tip 4: Hard pruning technique – If your plant is older and the stem only goes taller not producing many leaves then you can hard prune your curry plant. It will encourage your plant to produce more leaves. Don’t forget to give organic compost after pruning. After the hard pruning, you can also plant your pruned stem and make one more curry plant in your garden. Tip 5: Sunlight Exposure – Curry plants love sunlight. So you should take care of keeping your plant in the area where proper sunlight is present. Bonus Tips – You can add different homemade liquid fertilizers for your plants. Moong Water – Soak moong in water overnight strain the water in the morning and give it to the plants directly. This will give your plants many nutrients and your plants will thank you for this. Onion, Garlic, and Banana water – Soak onion peels, garlic peels, and banana peels in water and give that water directly to your plants. You can also put rotten or discarded onion, garlic, or banana. Put the leftover peels in the compost bin and that also becomes compost and makes your garden soil rich. Discarded wash water – The water in which we wash pulses, rice, fruits, vegetables, and many more. This water is also very beneficial for our plants’ health so you can include this water for watering your plants.
